Northern Theatre Harag György Company

The commission consisting of Béres András, Gáspárik Attila, Kötő József and Bocsárdi László awarded scholarship for constructive work of Communitas Foundation, foundation established 15 years ago by UDMR, to Benedek Zsolt, script writer of our company. As member of our company, he has contributed as a script writer to achieve performances like The Playboy of the Western World, Mirandolina, Hazám, hazám,  following to perform the scenario of Antigone, directed by Balogh Attila.

There was also given scholarship for constructive work for Kányádi Szilárd, actor and director, the director of several successful performances like The Rape of the Sabine Women, Hazám, hazám, Hepl the King! and playing in Pierre Lenoir, Mirandolina, The Land of Happyness and The Playboy of the Western World.

            Currently Kányádi Szilárd plays in Hepl the King!, Mirandolina and The Relatives,  but he will perform on stage in the last premiere of this season, namely Antigone, based on the works of Sophocles, directed by Balogh Attila. The prizes were awarded on 9 may in Cluj-Napoca in a festive gala.
