Another Prestigious Festival for Brighella Puppet Theatre

Brighella Puppet Theatre is going to evolve in Cluj, Tuesday, October 17, at the International Puppet Theatre Festival Puck. Performances invited to the festival were selected by a jury made up of three members. Among the selected performance there was, Stories about the bowl and spoon, directed by Schneider Jankó.

„The greatest merit goes to company leader, Bandura Emese, who succeeds to bring in Satu Mare, important directors, and, last but not least, manages to organise workshops led by representatives of the puppet theatres. I can say that our puppet theatre is one of the most dynamic workshops among the Hungarian puppet theatres in Romania, despite the fact that it has only six constant members, including the founder and director Nagy Regina and the stage director. It's a small team, but with great plans and dreams which they consciously and consistently materialise.” – said Bessenyei Gedő István, the artistic director of The Harag György Company.
Bandura Emese, the leader of Brighella Puppet theatre said: „I would emphasize the importance of the team, the members of the puppet team act with dedication, their work is also a joyful activity for them. In our continuous development, a very important milestone presents the new playground, where we hope to build a community-base for children. Of course, feedbacks and professional fees are important, as we need to know: we are we are going to the right direction.”

The creative team members: Bandura Emese, Bandura Tibor, Nagy Anikó and Nagy Tamás puppeteers, Schneider Jankó director, set designer, Bartal Kiss Rita costumes, puppets, Nagy Viktória Éva dramaturge and Czapp Ferenc composer.
