I'll be a fragrant flower ,
Being surrounded by a lot of bees...”

Thus sings and dances Hanako, girl born of cherry blossoms. The story kidnaps us on a distant island where the Sun rises from the sea and , where, among the leaves of the bamboo forest appear silvery glimpses of the Moonlight. One day, the evil spirit, the  Monkey-faced demon, installs in the grove and  threatens all rivers drying up unless it is fulfilled desire. Clumsy demon hunters and brave warriors try to stop him, but nothing. Who will be able to tame this scary demon?

A puppet show performed by wooden carved bunraku puppets, accompanied by Oriental music, recommended to all viewers  older then five years!

„Sitting on a branch of jasmine, singing softly,
blackbird sings,  then flies away...”
