Imagine a gossip Andalusian village where, one thing is more important than the power of tradition, namely what others think of us… In such a medium lives Bernarda Alba, with her five daughters, her crazy mother, and her two servants. After her husband's death, Bernarda, according to the ancient habits, changes the family house the prison of the grief. Her eight years convicted daughters, may contact the outside world almost through the windows and through the gossip of the servants.
